refund notice

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@kadensjournal.com within 14 days of delivery including your order number and photos of the issue and packaging.

Due to the limited nature of our print publications, all sales are otherwise final.

For customers within the European Union, orders may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
